refusal to help me

So i have a order thats meant to be delivered on monday 13th. i got an sms stating that the parcel is at the booysens reserve pick up point. i though bonus as im just down the road and will go collect it. i called takealot 10 times before i went to the pickup point. the voice promp comes up and then the line disconnects everytime...anyway, back to the story. i arrived at booysens and explained to the lady..she refused to help me. i gave her the takealot order number and she said no she cant help as she will need to go look for the parcel. obviuosly the parcel wont judt drop into her hands ans she would have to look either way, if i had chosen to delivery it there anyway. she was rude. this is totally unaceptable. she should be fired for refusing to help a person. had she gon to look and said 10 min later she couldt find it.maybe then i wouldnt be writing on hellopeter. or maybe if i was the right color she would have helped i want this resolved, and not sorry about your experience. takealot is becoming more and more useless every single day
