Refusal to give deal at price listed
On Saturday morning I went on to the app as always and opened the daily deals, I saw there was a 1 Tb hard drive listed for R499 there were 600 items available, I added the item to cart and confirmed my order, I then made a payment of R499 and then saw My invoice was for R799, I followed up with takealot and was informed that my order was placed at 842 and their deal only starts at 9, however there were no messages stating this and the price was ALREADY LISTED AS R499, so I am pretty sure in this instance the customer is right. Also after this I went back and saw there were now 599 items available. False advertising I am pretty sure is a crime.
