Refusal to exchange after insufficient info on web
<p>I like to shop at TakeAlot. I bought a Zodiac test kit for my pool however nowhere did it indicate the test kit is per pool size. L M S. Asked if I can change it from L to S I got an auto decline from the system. Please give us more info and help us guys. This is not the service I am used to. What do I do with a 65KL test kit when I have a 20Kl pool?</p>

Hi guys. Your response was gr8. Although you could not help I have to mention Keegan's excellent attitude. Thank you Keegan. I did a bit more reading and found the TakeALot product discription misleading. There is no option for small and medium pools? How should a customer know? Your competition specify it clearly. Update the offer to help your customers. Additionally, you ONLY sell the large pool test kit. there is no other options? You guys are wrong and I mentioned I will purchase more (christmas shopping and toys foe the kids) if you assist. You simply did not want to and lost a customer today. I was forced to look elsewhere and discovered the same brand was typically 10% cheaper at your competitor? I am disappointed in your customer service. Loosing a customer for an item with a cost price of perhaps R250? I still had to buy the chemicals today worth R500. Now it is not necessary.
