Refusal to credit my account after delivery of incorrect and cheaper patio set

I have been dealing with 7 different people and I am being sent from pillar to post over the delivery of the incorrect patio set. I ordered a patio set but an incorrect and cheaper one was delivered. I have been asking Takelot to credit my account with the price difference and they keep changing reps who ask me the same questions over and over again. Then I get asked to rate the service each time the rep changes. What service? You have yet to address my issue.
