Refusal to assist and Late Delivery due to their mistake

My Order # ********** 2 was supposed to be delivered yesterday but Takealot sent it to the wrong HUB now I called the call centre and was basically told sorry we cannot help you we cant phone the courier and we don't know where your parcel is or when you can expect delivery because basically we have to access to our couriers and we not prepared to help you if your slogan really is we only happy when you are then you must be very dissapointed in yourselves cause I am angry and shocked as we are going away this year we are having christmas early this year as in this Saturday and guess what due to your companies useless service I will have nothing for my wife, imagine if it was your wife.
