Refusal of refund - RFN-ygqk-k5q6

I was refused a refund because of a system glitch. Changing payment method, then having my cart emptied and after I successfully ordered the cancellation, I am now being refused the refund.

It is your system that is unintuitive and lead to a duplicate order. This is not my fault and I demand a refund of my credit. The "financial service provider" that declined it is not my problem, its yours.

Ridiculous to think that someone would want to keep thousands in credit at an online store instead of the cash, Tyrannical.

Make a plan. Refund me.
