REFUSAL OF GHD REPLACEMENT FOR A FAULTY GHD

GhD faulty and was sent back for a replacement 25 days later and nothing received and no communication received.. ghd is still within its warranty period . Can someone please assist me this is very frustrating now if I had that 3000 now I would've bought another one you guys are evil
