Refusal for replacement of damaged item (in stock)

I bought 2 Brad Scott Handbags. Upon receiving my parcel, 1 of the bags was damaged. I then logged in a query for replacement because i loved the bag and didnt want a refund. After a day of sending emails and not getting any respond, i received an email saying the Clara Chain Sling handbag is out of stock and my account will be credited back.

The same bag was still in stock but with a different name(Tina Chain Sling HandBag) . I then asked if the can replace it but they refused and said that bag was from a different seller. Yesterday on the 11th July 2021, I received another email with a voucher code to use until end July. Today the 12th July 2021, the same handbag i bought, i was told is out of stock. It is there on the website in stock.

Takealot is lying to their customers and will never buy from them again..
