REFURBISHED PC i5

So guys, I'm a full-time student and when I received my allowance I was looking for a decent pc. I saw a refurbished i5 Dell pc for R1200 and thought thats a *****. I also bought the wifi ****le. When the pc came, it powered on but the wifi connection was too slow so packed it away in a box. Ff 5 months later, I got faster wifi and decided to use it again, but it did not want to start. I requested a return and explained the problem, not even 2 minutes they checked the box and said it was damaged, bcz of 2 scratches probably enroute to them with the courier. They sent it back. So I asked a IT tech to check the problem, and he said there was no paste on the cpu so it could have burned, even within 2 hours of running, or there's a problem with the motherboard. How is that my fault? I am utterly disgusted and will never again PC parts on takealot. They're a *******...
