Refurbished open box delivered as new

New Iron was received in a opened, damaged box, although the Takealot packaging it came in was still sealed. The iron was clearly either a return from the distributor as a reconditioned unit or a returned unit from another client. The return was posted 4.min after the delivery and photos taken as evidence. Is this acceptable to now wait another week as a business ? We simply need a new unit delivered but alas it cannot be escalated or expidited. I would like managemt to ensure other people dont receive items in such a condition... An email was sent to the team with photo evidence. The response...
