Refunds with Takealot are a nightmare!

Hi Takealot will take your money but don't bother trying to do a return. We put three items from the same order in the same box and went to the pickup centre in Centurion. Only received confirmation that two items were received.

Despite numerous mails this remains unresolved! Shocking customer service!!
