Refunds poor service

On 17 July 2025, I submitted a claim to Midea with regards to faulty 2-in1 InstaFry which was bought at Takealot. Midea fetched the faulty unit and promised that Takealot would refund me....till to date no refund nor credit note received, regular follow-ups on email with no response from Imraan Govender at Takealot. It's almost a month now since I started this process. Takealot has very poor service, I don't have the AirFry nor the money to replace it. Very disappointed customer 😒
