Refund/horrible service Takealot

I purchased a product that Takealot South Africa had wrongly described.I returned the product asked for exchanged in which they told me they don’t have and they credited my money to Takealot account so that I can spend the money again on their business . I want my money to my bank account. I told the person called Monica B . This individual insists on telling me that they credited the Takealot account. I want my money to my bank account period!
