Refunded and no money in bank?????

a week ago I purchase a very expensive laptop that was faulty from starting it up. Had it for a day and returned it. Refund was isued but till date and this is the next week I have not recieved my refund. This is almost a R30 000 refund I am talking about. I was at my bank and they informed me the problem is with takealot, but they are full of excuses! I don`t know what to do to get my money back!?
