Refund taking forever for goods I did not receive order ***7

Lies after lies about communication with the courier company.

IThe refund is taking forever, the goods were never delivered and have been with the courier until yesterday the 7th of August, I got a call saying that the good are about to be delivered. SO BASICALLY a week later nothing has happened, no followed up on the refund I logged, I had to follow with the courier company myself, the customer services is non exiistant. Can I just have my refund paid to my account already. Please liaise with the courier.

Order number( ********** 7) I getting a bit frustrated, I just called fast and furious and gave them my order number, they said my order is out on delivery. In my previous call I made I was told the courier company has been advised to take the order back to the warehouse as I asked for a refund, the order was not delivered in the time frame provided(26th of July). I NEEDED these as a birthday present for a friend,which has obviously.

Guys why are you not orgarnised, when am I going to get my refund.

The refund says the refund has been concluded.

You guys have no contact details ,am reduced to sending long text, the is no sense of accountability whatsoever,
