refund taking forever
I dont get how do you advertise stuff and only after one has paid do they realise that there isn't any stock left. now I have to wait forever to get my funds back. how can you say it takes 3 days if both parties are using the same bank. I know for a fact that this is not the case, this is not what I call customer service now I have to wait for a lady by the name megan joseph or a carmen de vos to call me. probably another week still.
