Refund taking 10 work days + and not 7 work days

Hello. I bought agate motor on takealot.com and wasn't that good as supposedly to be beacuse the motor want up to standard, i asked takea lot.com to pick up the motor and refund me. The pick up took them 3 days. Once picked up we agreed to refund me in full. The refund was supposed to take 5-7 work days, today was day 10 and still no refund. Iwill not support takealot.com ever again. Shaun
