REFUND STILL NOT PROCESSED AFTER TWO MONTHS

I purchased two hair products on the 14th April 2022 (Supplier: Imepa Beauty Supplies) when I got the products, Chebe Hair Growth and Treatment 125g had mold all around when I opened the container, I decided to return the Chebe And Karkar Oil 250ml also as it was also greasy and I didnt trust any Chebe brand after the treatment had mold...

I contacted takealot and a driver was sent to collect the Chebe products but almost two months later I havent heard anything regarding my refund. I've been purchasing from takealot for years now and all of a sudden this is the service I get. If your service level has dropped, please be kind enough to inform us so we dont bother buying from you.

I need my refund processed so I can buy the hair products I desperately need.
