Refund still not paid after 2 months - TakeALot / PayFast

Good day I order goods on 13/01/2023 and paid via Payfast on the same day. Apparently the monies was never paid to takealot and my order was cancelled - I was only notified about this on the 24/01/2023 via email from Takealot : As we've not received payment, we have cancelled your order ***. I contacted takealot and they referred me to Payfast. Payfast in turn told me that they don't deal with takealot customers and will only deal with takealot (who is their customer). after back and forth emails and calls to payfast and takealot I have still not received my money. Today is exactly 2 months later and I am still waiting on my refund from Takealot/ Payfast ????????????
