Refund still not paid

Very disappointed – Refund still pending after 2+ weeks I submitted a refund request on *Oct 24* and sent all required documents the same day. It’s now *Nov 12* and I’ve heard nothing – no update, no communication, and the money is still stuck. This delay is unacceptable and has caused me financial inconvenience.

*What went wrong:* - Slow processing and no follow-up - Lack of transparency on status

*Bottom line:* I hope this gets resolved quickly. Not a great experience.
