**** refund service

Hello I am completely fed up with the service I am receiving with regards to your refund process. I requested a refund last month and your company sent a courier guy to come and collect it. He collected my parsal and I don’t know what went wrong during the refund process from after he collected the item. I received an email saying I would receive my refund within seven days and confirming that you received my returned item. But now suddenly your warehouse is telling me stories saying they did not receive it. I am calling you guys every day and not getting any assistance. Firstly I am fed up by the fact that I must explain my issue from start every time I call in as I am never assisted by the same person. I feel my issue is not taken seriously and your people just brush it off to the next person. I have never experienced such nonsense from superbalist. Sort my issue issue out this is my money we are talking about. So I advice any person who isn’t sure about buying from takealot to rat her not buy from there go to Game or try any other outlet except for this bad service shop called takealot. They will give you a run around with your refund. So rather stay away. It has now been more than a month and I am still nowhere close to receiving my refund
