Refund sent to Julius Malema instead of myself?

Today I was told my refund had been paid. Looked in my bank account....nothing. Grant Alexander from the CEO's office has been trying to help me with this. I have used over 300 minutes from my cellphone contract (no minutes left for the month) trying to sort out this nightmare. To be honest....I would sooner **** my own daughter than order through these ***********s again.....
