Refund run around and constant lying from customer reps.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They cannot be trusted, customer service reps lie, and entire corporate culture there is *********. For days i have been trying to resolve a return, they processed the return successfully and no refund has been given back. For a week now, the reps have been telling me a different story from Balawa, Nuha, Chante and Nicole. Have exchanged close to 100 emails with them, and each one telling a different lie.

At this point it's not that much about the refund, but my time that i've spent waiting for takealot to do the right thing, and that they have **** consistently, which speaks to the culture at takealot, and they aren't concerned about their clients' time at all. Can be assured I will never purchase from them again!!!!!
