Refund: RRN-fe07-2576

I purchased 1 x Matching Hearts Key Rings in Gift Box on the 26th and I sent a request for the items to be collected for a refund on the 02/02/2021. On the 06/02/2021 I received a mail stating the item was received and checking that the item meets their returns criteria which usually takes 1-3 working days for them to process and to date I haven’t received my refund.
