Refund request denied due to lack of quality control check

<p>I am utterly dissatisfied with TAKEALOT's since they will not even own up to doing a proper quality control check. This item should have never left the warehouse in the first place! Why would i purchase a second pair of shears if this is the service i received? I bought a second pair of garden scisors as a gift for someone and upon them opening the box they received a used product! How embarrassing is to purchase a product from a reputable company only to be embarassed like this. They want customers to be honest with the reviews but it wouldn't even allow me to do so. The product I received looked as if it had been used. The product had not been used by ourselves and we had compared it to the shears that we bought previously as it was exactly the same product, which is why we bought a second pair as a gift for a family member who needed one. This product had been sent to us in a damaged state. If i do not get a refund due to their negligent quality check as clearly no quality check had been done i will take this matter further as they are being *********. I am a loyal customer and i am utterly disappointed in their service that i received with regards to this return . When asking them to check the product again they sent me the same EXACT email again. They are clearly not their for loyal customers like myself when we log returns and request a refund.</p>
