Refund request

I ordered hot comb 29 November 2024 but couldn't go collect as I was sick. The item was returned but I never got the money deposited back to my account. I raised it with the accounts team and was told they will look into it but they haven't till to date. Invoice no. ***

I want my funds back, it's been long.
