Refund request

I'm writing this to express dissatisfaction of service by Takealot, on the 05/09/2024 I ordered 2 items however only received 1 item delivery was done onbthe 07/09/2024 since then i have been calling and sending emails requesting for a refund, I find no joy as they giving me a run around i keep making a follow up but no resolution till date please assist
