Refund R1719 not granted

The quality of the products of both my last orders from Takealot were absolutely atrocious. I asked for a full refund into my bank account and I am being ignored by Takealot. I have a credit R 1719 that I want refunded to be as I have no interest in supporting Takealot or purchasing any other products from them that I would have to return as well
