Refund problems

I have used Takealot numerous times over the years and it was very unfortunate that recently I had to return the same product type twice. The first return I just asked them to exchange it which they did immediately. But then that was defective too. So then I just asked for a refund so that I can go and buy it somewhere else. I selected that they refund me in the manner that I paid them, which was an instant eft. But now I am waiting for my money and I have contacted customer care twice with no response. I am truly disappointed in how this is being handled
