REFUND PROBLEM WITH TAKEALOT

I ordered a cookery book for a specific pressure cooker, mistaking it for the cooker itself as the selling price was R379 which I took as a special offer (Ref ***) and when I fetched it realised it's a book. The staff was very friendly and said they would send it back and I would get a refund. When I traced the events on my Takealot account, I saw that the refund was approved on the 29th June at 18h20. I wrote a few e-mails to Mr S Esethu who signed the letter but up to now I have received no reply from him as to why that amount has not yet been paid into my bank account. The emails seem to fall on deaf ears.
