Refund problem

<p>I am not very happy with takealot at the moment. I had to return 2 items (one product was not what I ordered and the other was opened). I told the contact centre agent that I want a refund for these 2 products so I can go and buy them somewhere else. Only to wait a week and then when following up they loaded my refund on my profile as credit. This is not what I requested. I asked the agent that I want the money back in my account. Now I need to wait an additional 3 working days for my refund.</p>
