Refund policy is dicey

After returning the same product a 2nd time because of same defective issue I requested a refund. Delivery and collection and replacement was good which is why I am giving 2 stars. Request for refund was ignored and my takealot account was credited instead. I was told to use the website to change it to a refund. This did not work. I sent the error message and my bank account details. This was ignored and my bank account details were requested after I had already sent them. I informed them that my bank details were in the email. This was ignored and I was told to confirm refund to original payment method. REFUND MY MONEY NOW!!!!!!!!! Why were my bank details requested if you don't use it. If my bank account is now compromised, I will take this further legally.
