Refund paid into the wrong acc4

I scheduled a return for a parcel I bought, then the parcel was taken 5 days later than the scheduled date, then booooom my money was refunded in an old account number that i once submitted for a return last year. NB: there is no where on the website where the system requires banking details but the consultant busy with the return must send me an email requesting the banking details, that never happened, as we speak the money was paid into a cheque account that has not been working for 10 months now, i can't call because the number is not working and when i send emails there is no response. I have been a loyal client of takealot but hey i ha disappointed.
