Refund Order ***1

I ordered parcels for my childrens birthday and takealot were happy to take the funds when lockdown started only to announce they cant deliver. Order ***1. i was informed the funds will be back in my credit card 5-7 working days which has now passed. Seemingly very greedy takelot!
