Refund on returns

I returned products on the 16th August 2021 and I requested that my refund be credited to my Takealot account. However, I haven't received the credit and when tracking the status of my returns it says "Returns Concluded". May I please get an update because I do not understand as they are telling me that the return was cancelled, and no-one is explaining to me as to why it was cancelled.
