Refund on cancellation
I ordered a book on the 30th of September but the supplier took forever to deliver it again and I cancelled the order I think around the 05th of October. Till today I haven't received my refund. I called on Friday and the lady that assisted me said she's logged a query with finance for the amount to be paid back to my account, latest Monday. I'm still waiting. <br> <br> Order number: ***<br> <br> Can I please have the money refunded back to bank account!
