Refund of return order MRRN-W6ANW-OJYZ

I have been shopping at Takealot for years and for the first time I felt I was F**ked over.

I ordered a sofa that was sold for double the price on Takealot (R4000 on the manufacturer website and R8000 on Takealot) - Absolutely disgusting.

When I received the product, the quality of the sofa was so poor that I had to use my bed pillows to not feel the hard / bad quality seating cushions.

I sent the sofa back with all parts that came with it (the original sofa, the cushions, the ottoman etc.) and today I get a return update "Awaiting missing product accessories" which is absolute bull**** since I sent back every single thing that came with the sofa.

Now I am concerned whether Takealot will refund me at all or send back this disgustingly ovepriced garbage sofa that I cannot even use.

PLEASE GET THIS SORTED OUT AND REFUND ME ASAP!!! REF: MRRN-W6ANW-OJYZ
