Refund not working

I bought a pair of SkullCandy earbuds at the end of last year. They were returned for a refund as they are not working properly anymore. They were paid for with a Card and a voucher. Following the return, I was refunded for the Cash component but had to log a query before TakeAlot agreed to refund the voucher as well. I have now tried to use the voucher which only reflected a value of R0.00 instead of R150.00 as communicated by TakeALot. I have subsequently raised another query however I am not receiving any feedback from TakeAlot
