Refund not refunded

I requested a refund of R350 on the 16th of May 2023 and they Said it was processed but I never received the refund and I can't even use it on the app. Samething happened on the 20th of December 2023 I requested an a refund of R719, they said it was processed but I have not received the money till today,both refunds.
