refund not received for more than 20 days

I bought sink 1 bowl and and sink 2 bowl. I returned them to Moreleta pickup point. They only accepted one box( sink 1 bowl) and gave me back the sink 2 bowl. When i logged the second return for pick from the house only to find they gave me the wrong box.

they send the truck to pickup the second box . I explained the mix up from Moreleta pickup point. its more than 20 days i have not received my refund.

they keep telling me they are waiting for warehouse to confirm.
