Refund Not Received Despite Multiple Follow-Ups

Review: I am extremely disappointed with Takealot’s service regarding my refund. I ordered a pink creative bible (Order Number: #***), but the item was never delivered. As a result, I requested a refund on 30 October 2024, but to this day, I have not received it.

I have followed up with Takealot numerous times, but their responses have been unhelpful, and no clear resolution has been provided. This delay has caused me great inconvenience, and it’s unacceptable for a company of this size to handle refunds so poorly.

I hope Takealot resolves this issue immediately, or I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
