Refund not received and lesser amount to be refunded than what is due to me.

I recently ordered from Takealot, my order was cancelled without warning. I asked to be refunded in cash, as I had faith in this business. Joke. I then went on to liaise with them per email and was informed that my refund was declined. Everytime they tried to refund me I saw that they were trying to refund a smaller amount. This company has long fingers that reach into the pockets of the average unsuspecting consumer. I did some research and they were exposed for selling counterfeit products in 2024.
