Refund not received after items purchased returned.

I haven't recei a refund on kreg pocket hole *****s which I returned on 17 Oct '23 and 25 Oct '23. I transferred the money on 10 Oct '23 but was not satisfied when the pocket hole *****s were returned because the items were duplicated and one item was not received. The company failed to advise me that they did have stock of the 38 mm *****s. The amount owing to me is R202.00 and R 199.00. (order number *** d/d 10 Oct ' 23.) Regards Mohamed Kayam
