REFUND NOT RECEIVED.

On 6th of December I ordered two items on takealot.

However, only 1 of the two items were delivered. The outstanding item, being one for the value of R14000.

Takealot advised me they would refund me for the missing item.

Today being the 7th of January (over 1 month later) and I have still not received the refund.

In the past month I have contacted takealot FIFTEEN times and my issue has still not been resolved.

I have spent hundreds of rands in airtime, not to mention the interest I will be charged on my credit card for the outstanding amount.

It seems to me that takealot can no longer be trusted. It has turned into a company that runs away with their customers money.

I post this review with the hope that a person in management will read this and get back to me as I have not received a call from a supervisor regardless that I have requested it an uncountable amount of times now.

Should my issue not be resolved - I can promise legal action will be taken.
