Refund not received

Recently bought something that I needed to return because it was open and missing items.

I chose the option of a replacement item when returning. The item was no longer available and Takealot opted to credit my account.

To this day, two weeks later, my credit on Takealot account is zero. Nothing has been credited on my account.
