Refund not processed.

It is taking for ever to get a refund from Takealot. I have done this request more than a week ago. Been sending emails to them it seems to be not assisting with anything. Takealot is not taking responsibility they are referring me to the bank. Yet the is nothing the bank can do with a transaction done by Takealot thats is not reflecting.
