Refund not paid due to goods not received by warehouse

Today i have dealt with the fifth person on my refund query. Every time i deal with someone different and everytime i have to explain my story again. 1. I returned six items in two batches. I have two return numbers. MRRN_QBZRO-MODO and MRRN_85K9K-9DGN. 2. MRRN_85K9K-9DGN was refunded but the other one not. 3. Takealot is saying they never received the return MRRN_QBZRO-MODO to the warehouse. How is this my issue as the client. Maybe you should investigate your courier company that did not return the items collected from me the client Please can you sort this out and refund me
