Refund Not Paid Back

I received a pair of shoes that i ordered from takealot, however the shoes did't fit, I therefore logged a return with takealot, being sure to mark the box with the following code..MRRN-HJOEZ-4ZQJ , The driver collected the parcel on the 13th June 2023 and it arrived at the takealot facility the next day on the 14th June 2023. I have since enquired about my refund, which up until now being completely ignored, causing me to email takealot a number of times, only for them to state that they are investigating my claim or that they are escalating the issue. This is the poorest service I've ever received from them, and I'm dumbfounded as to why they haven't resolved to pay me back my refund.
