Refund not paid....

I generally have good dealings with Takealot, but this time I'm actually fed up. I did a return, they said the refund has been approved and was processed on the 23 Feb 2026. It's the 5 Mar 2026 and I'm still waiting for my R1685.... I've never had problems like this with Amazon.... free deliveries and being about to call or contact a human being when having issues is amazing. TAKEALOT.... I want my money back.
