Refund not paid

I ordered two stand fans in December of 2024 and one was cancelled by take a lot because they ran out of stock. To this day I have never received my refund. Send emails and no response in regards to my refund. Under credit & refunds it shows as if refund was processed but I never received nor do I have credit/voucher for that amount
